Omega Electrical and Audio Help / 97 Omega Dash Lights go off after 20 minutes

Hey everyone.
Strange problem this, but after 20 minutes of driving all the dash lights including the gear selector lights go off. Even if you switch all the lights off and on again, they will come on for 1 sec then go off. Great fun if its pitch black....

Any ideas? :-/
