I suppose in this day and age the foods I grew up eating[still do!]would be classed as unhealthy stodge, but it was always made up of fresh ingredients. You could tell by what was for tea[dinner to the posh types who do lunch]what day of the week it was as it was the same thing every week e.g. every Monday it was hash made up of Sundays left overs plus bread to mop up the gravy.
OMG just what the doctor ordered LOL...wonderful food

Can you Skype using an IPad?

I perhaps didn't word it very well but it is for us as for whatever location we end up without a wired broadband connection.

I use an Ipad with Skype all the time...brilliant.

During WW2, explosive charges were laid across runways in the south of England (Lee on Solent in particular IIRC) so as to render the runways useless to the enemy in the event of an invasion.

Does anybody think that explosive charges are present somewhere in the channel tunnel so that it can be flooded if there is a chance of GB being invaded??

Unleaded also going down again round here too :). Don,t take notice of diesel prices much, but yeah, it,s cheaper here too.
Yea, but when was the last time Diesel was cheaper than unleaded.

I cannot remember the last time diesel was cheaper than unleaded!!!

I keep expecting Nicola Sturgeon to topple over in those heels she's struggling to walk in  ;D ;D Clearly not her thing  ::)

I find Leanne Wood quite sexy.

Ditto but is a 'ten-pinter' what I think it is???

High heels would  make her even more appealing. :-* :-* :-*

Leanne was quite a cracker in her day  :-*

What about these 3 for the key to number 10  :-\

At forty-three years old Leanne is right in milf/cougar territory. :-* :-* :-*

Jimmy krankie in the centre is more of a 'ten pinter'. :D

it just goes to show that it is the luck of the draw. You are either skinny and can eat basically what you want or. like my wife, can look at a leaf of lettuce and run 6 miles and still put on 2lb!!!

They suffer from most of the same issues as the V6...

Suspension bushes
Hbvs
Camcover gaskets
Coil packs (less so)
Camshafft sensors rather than Crankshaft
Blocked breathers from crap servicing
Head gasket failure usually at higher mileage (poss related to poor coolant maintenance)

Won't set the world on fire compared to a 3.2, but capable enough  :y
That is why i asked what was on the clock.

The impression i get is even with regular proper coolant changes, When you get near to the 100k window, You are living on borrowed time.

RobG had one go on him last year. Wonder what he had on the clock.  :-\

Maybe the current guarentees on new cars which seem to expire around the 100,000 mile mark mean something!!!
