hi there folks, bad news is ive a derv leak, the worse news is i need a tank unit to sort the leak out, the worst news is i can get one in Northern Ireland....

the part thats leaking is the pipes that you can see when u take the panel off thats in the boot....

my mechanic has phoned vauxhall who said its an obsolete part now.. ..and didnt really know what part it was, so are goin to go round to mech with diagrams to see if parts can be sourced...and said to try bmw and range rover as same engine, but they say its only the engine thats the same and nothing else.. ..can anyone help, its a 2000 face lift.....

that actual part i need is what the pump is attached too, that you can see from the boot....

ive a 2.5 td gls, im putting xenon headlights from a mv6 into mine, herd theres a bit of rewiring needing done???
can anyone help or advise, cause im sure someone else has done the same mod....step by step inst or pics would be great cause when it comes to doin this i feel like ive had my hands/fingers/arms/eyes/brain amputated

so if i was to get a an L.S.D from a 3.0 or 3.2 for my 2.5 derv what way would that affect the acceration with the different ratios...

Well folks hows it goin, ive a 2.5 tds, but ive no traction control light that flashes when the wheels spin, does this mean i dont have any...?? only spins one wheel.

my temp guage an rev counter stopped working on way home form work on fri, i tapped the counter a few hard knocks with my finger and it worked, was just stuck  ...!!

yeah shes manual, was planning on a re-map for her, was wondering if there was any other secret OOF mods out there lol

was talking to some peeps who said to take the cats out of it too, but surely that would just be a big smoke cloud....

ive had a 2.5 td now for a couple of weeks. to be honest its pretty dead and pretty heavy on the derv.id a 325i sport bmw before i got it, and had to sell cause i needed a diesel for work, but its not really saving me anything at all compared to the petrol. any tips to get it pulling/eco a little bit better..?

can i unblock this filter to stop the problem..? its the rear thats got the pond in it tho...? wat about the pond in the front under the flap, is this caused by the filter being blocked?

Open the bonnet, at the passenger side under the windscreen there is flap. Have a look in there, is there standing water?

yup, got me a swimming pool in there too.wats the cause and wats the plan of action...?

no the front was dry until i hit the brakes at the end of my road, and thats when i noticed the tidal wave coming from the back.my heads pickled with it  :-/

i woke up this morning to a swimming pool in the rear passenger footwell.cant see anywhere were the rain has got in, but it defo got in only got the car 2 weeks ago.has anyone experienced this before, is it common are any seals around the doors or anywhere else known for not sealing...?
maybe it was a freak one off, but may as well ask if anyone has had it before.
