v reg 2.o ltr 16v omega auto replaced exhaust manifold due to crack and replaced broken studs, car run with slight blip on idle drove and was terrible repaced plugs and leads and seems to run better but won't rev above 4000 rpm in neutral and then starts to drop away and when driven won't go above 30 mph no eml light on checked codes with tech ii no codes at present any ideas
