It had discs and pads all round plus the o/s/r caliper had seized so that had to be replaced. Going to check the sensors if thats not it going to take it back to the garage and give em both barrels ;D ;D ;D

Just had the local garage fit new discs and pads all round, and since then every now and again the abs and tc lights come on and the speedo stops working. Going to check all the sensors at the weekend hope this stops it. :'( :'( :'(

Thinking about going back to Volvo, had a T5 before the Omega. Depends how much today costs. Had the car 2 years now and its just been grief all the time, I have allways serviced it on time and anything that needed replacing was replaced straight away. The wife calls the car Christine  ;D ;D ;D. Ill keep you all posted on how it goes today and what I decide to do. :y :y :y.

Omega General Help / Omega wont start
« on: 25 October 2008, 19:20:21 »
For the last week or so sometimes it takes a long time to start. Seems to turn over but just wont fire, wonder if its fuel or the immobiliser. Went to work this morning and the car refused to start tried for 10/15 mins then gave up and took the wifes car >:( >:( >:(. Just got back and tried again and still wont fire up. Any help would be brilliant, for some reason this car seems to fight me all the time. Thanx in advance :y :y :y.
The car in question is a 2.5cdx x reg.

Shame he didnt show a picture of the engine bay, would like to have seen that could do with a laugh. All I can see he has done is add more weight to the car. He must have shares in Halfords. :( :( :(

Omega General Help / Alloy wheels question
« on: 27 January 2008, 18:30:49 »
Want to get a new set of alloys. Thinking of going for a set of 19inch. Has anyone got any advice, wondering if the ride is really bad with the very low profile tyres. If not I will stick to 18inch. Thanks guys 8-) 8-) 8-)
