the cooling fan has come on and won't turn off until i unplug it .this morning i have changed the fan switch at the bottom of the rad and cleaned and re-filled the system .it even stayed on when the system was empty (engine not running)and the switch was un wired.it all started about two weeks ago when the fan started coming on after 2 miles .it uses no water and the temp. is around 85-90 c  but there is a cottage cheese like substance around the oil filler cap but as i only travel 2 miles too and from work in it every day i guess its breathing heavy.

any ideas how to fix the fan problem???
