Could you not run the front speakers direct from the player if it has a built in amp & using a capacitor, cross out the low frequencies that way. Just an idea

Saw some metal cam covers from veccy somewhere on this forum & wondered if anyone has fitted them to an Omega, if so any advantage over plastic ones & is it easily done or is some form of surgery needed.

Yep hub nut on mine was 32mm & managed to get it loose with a 400nm breaker bar which is about 600 mm long. Not sure you would need the impact socket, i got it off with a standard deep socket

I notice you are in London & you are welcome to use socket & bar if you want, just gathering dust at the mo :y

Had the same problem with my steering, after changing the idler & full geometry check its as good as new  :y

          hopefully gonna have a go at changing front lower wishbones & steering idler this weekend. I was wondering if anyone could recomend a garage who can set up tracking & so on afterwards. East London or Essex area would be good but i dont mind travelling a bit further,cost of new tyres all the time is crippling.
