We have the same issue but I change the Coolant Tank cure the problem.

We have the same problem with my Omega 2002 3.2 V6 and replacing the Master Brake rubber do the Job and now my car brakes efficiently. If you cant find a replacement repair kit , replace the whole Master Brake.
