Hello all

I have had  a 1999 (V) 2.5 v6 CDX man est for 4 weeks now and all is still rosy (and I might have fallen in love).

It has done 113k, one owner before me and appears to be a Vx business lease car. History to 4 years / 80k inc cam belt at 70k. Zilch history for the last 6 years / 35k. Has tow bar but I've no idea if it has done any serious towing. The car looks, drives and feels as if it has been well cared for. Poss owner bought out the remainder of the Lease.

Soooo------

Cam belt and kit change booked
Oil and filter
Sparks
coolant

Basic lube (hinges locks etc) I'll do myself. (No facilities for anything more difficult)

Can anyone comment and add to this list? On a limited budget what are the next most important things to do?

just a thought re air-con, if air con IS on it'll be dehumidifying too. From my cdx users guide "when the aircon is on condesation will form and will issue from the underside of the vehicle" I'm a complete newbe to the Omega so forgive me if you've already workrd this one out.

Hi. I have a '99 V 2.5 V6 estate. Looking at the info on this forum I think it's a mini face lift (window buttons by gear stick, Audio buttons on steering wheel). Can any one tell me how to find out if it has auto-levelling (without finding 300lbs ballast for the boot and a tape measure) <grin>.
