My 2000 3.0 is sick. The sport light blinks and the check engine light is on, it is in limp mode. i hope someone can help!!

Hi, just joined! I have a 2000 3.0 that blinks the sport light sets the check engine light and is in limp mode, only code is mil request from the Trans ecu and engine torque fault. Any help would be great!
