Ive put a new battery on and my sunroof is playing up. Can it be reset like the windows and if it can how do i go about doing it??

Hi when we had all that snow the washer system didnt work and i suspected it had frozen. Now its still not working as in no water coming out the jets for both windscreen and headlamps. Ican hear the pump working so i dont think its the pump. Any ideas and help would be graitfull!! I have a Xreg 2.5 CDX

My display is showing 45.6c and it was 9c outside. can anyone tell me how to fix the problem? i have a year 2000 2.5 CDX
