The plan at the minute is to use the Omega Ecu and wiring with a loom made to use only what I need to use.I have a mate who is an excellent autospark so he's going to make up the loom for me.

Is there any other parts that I can remove i've never worked on a Vauxhall before i'm into Jap roadsters.Having dismantled most of the Omega i'm considering getting an estate as our family car.It would have to be an MV6 with a gas conversion.

Omega General Help / Strange water pumps

On my omega 3.2 special ex police car there is an electric water pump which is plumbed into the radiator it seems to just pump the water around the radiator. There is another similar pump which is attached to the drivers side inner guard and it is plumbed into the engine water system.Do I need to keep these or can I remove them.Basically I want to remove as much as possible as the engine is going into a kitcar with no aircon etc. :question

I've just bought a 2004 Omega 3.2 special saloon. It's an ex Police car which has covered 81,000 miles. It has Billstein suspension with a sticker which has the word ARMOURED on it so I rekon they are uprated to cope with the extra weight.I have removed the engine, gearbox, wiring and diff whch will be going into a kitcar.I've searched the forum but can't find the info i'm looking so i'll probably torture you guys for answers. :)
