Wanted for facelift estate

A rear taillight connecter block
(With 5 or 10 inches of wiring if possible)
Mine seems to be playing up so want to splice new one in

Can u help me with bulb types on rear lights.   Facelift estate
Drivers side shorted out so I swapped and mixed up bulbs
Can someone help

Top  4.           Brake ?  Type of bulb
3.                   Indicater.   
2.                   Reverse
1 - bottom.     Side/fog light.   Type

I have got 2 circuit boards coming just need bulb types as I cannot
Find owners manual

Just put wishbones, drop links, track rods, track rod ends, disc and pads,
pad sensors and shock  top mounts ect on mine
 (fitted by Al - 'does not play well with others').  Bang up job and cannot thank enough
But I digress
All parts from Jason,  cannot speak highly enough, great service - fast delivery and great price:y
Just mentioned omega forum and discount was forthcoming

The garage wants to check the new sensor so refitting old one so I can
Use car and they will get the new one tested.

Will have to wait and see

Had car checked today
All pipes connected and ivc cleaned
Still stalls on idle
Only code read was 19
Any suggestions
