Omega General Help / engine oil around all spark plugs

hi everyone,
 
i need some advice on why my omega 2.0 it. has got engine oil
in the spark plug seatings,i cant work out how the oil has got above the plugs,i dont want to take the plugs out
because all the oil will get on top of the pistons.
