Hi. I have got my spark plugs out at the moment hunting down my misfire. Very similar sounding to yours but mine goes after 4 miles or so.

A few years back, I had something very similar and after changing the plugs and leads it was still there and it turned out to be the DIS pack down the back of the engine.   

Mine stays all the time. Did only start today though. Hoping it is not the DIS pack! Mainly happens when pulling off quickly or using kickdown.

Got the codes 73 and 13

73 is MAF, was it unplugged when you did the test? If not unplug it now and take it for a spin

Unplugged MAF and took for a spin - misfire a lot worse...

Unplugged MAF and it ran worse.
Plugged it back in to do test.

I have a general misfire on my 3.0 V6. Seems to be worse on kickdown or in sport mode. any ideas?
