Try the O-rings from the top of the fuel injectors they are made out of rubber.

Omega General Help / start problems
« on: 04 November 2010, 14:35:41 »
Hy i have a 2003 omega 2.2 dti,and i have a problem starting the engine:at the first start of the day(morning)sometimes after it fires it will not accelerate and die. After this i have to crank the engine for about 10-20 seconds, after it will start and black smoke comes out the exhaust, and it will not stay at idle without me pressing a little on the accelerator.I found that if i park the car with it's front down(rear up on a hill) it will start with no problems.I forgot to say that i went to a dealer where they checked the car on a TESTER and no codes appeared. Please help.
