My main concern if I were you would be blowing the cigarette lighter fuse running all those componets at once.Keep the electronics to a minimum and find which fuse is for your lighter and carry a couple extras and as someone mentioned earlier it would be smart to have a mechanic do a "trip check"

Foggy and yellowed auto lights are not only unsightly, but reduce the amount of light that is projected. The headlights usually become hazed after years of exposure to sunlight, car waxes, soap and other cleaning chemicals. We will show how to use an everyday cleaning product to restore cloudy and yellow vehicle lights.

I think there would be a spare headlight of my car but you didnt  tell me that what is the model of the car so that i would give it to you
