Omega General Help / wheel alignment figures

Hi i have way to much toe in and i need to find out what the figures are i have a friend that has the gear to adjust. Just wondering if anyone has these to hand or whats the best figure to ajust too. I have taken this for tracking twice now and they still cannot get it right and failed to notice that the rear wishbone bush was shot!!!!!!!!!!! So i have lost my faith in them.
