Hello Pracha.

I lived in Chacheongsao for 4 years, and can honestly say I never saw an Omega out there.

When I get back over in the summer with Mrs Q and myself to see the mother in law I shall be keeping an eye out for them now.

"Hello" and Welcome :)

Another option to consider ....  Omega V6 and convert it to LPG .... drops fuel costs by about 40%   :)

I've thought about LPG but it would only make sense on a smaller engined more economical car.

3.0 V6 is going to get around 25mpg if I'm lucky and careful. Which means it would cost about the same as on normal diesel.

If I can get a car that does 35mpg on LPG then it becomes worthwhile.

My calculations might be out though.

A 2.5 TD running on clean veg or waste veg should work out quite a bit cheaper to run.

Newbie here.

After a  70 quid fill up last week in my golf, I decided that enough was enough and it is time to get something that can burn veg oil as well as diesel.

Research has shown that the 2.5TD engine is the way to go and as I have a soft spot for Omega's/Carlton's that is what I want.

So no doubt you will see me on here mooching about looking for a nice example and asking lots of questions about Omega's

Previously had a 3.0V6 Estate but that was years ago now.
