ive taken my car down to the garage and the mechanic confirmed that it sounds like the crank sensor is playing up,
along with a non working radiator temp sensor,
he has recommended changing the fluid and filter on the gearbox also just because uts never been done,

i just took it out for a spin and it was running fine untill i was sat in traffic for 10 minutes,then trying to pull of from a round about,judderd,??

Can anyone help,ive had my omega for 2weeks now and took it on its 1st big run yesterday,it cut when i broke after going hi speed,it was fine after i restarted.
Took kids school this morning and when it gets to 3rd gear it revs really high then settles and drives ok.
i have a 2ltr 16v auto,
is it a gearbox problem,or an airflow problem,Please can anyone help,I have a baby due any day so cant be doing without my car

thanks for the post Andy,ive looked on ebay and it turns out that the CD and CDX had 3x 3point belts in the back,optional extra for lower spec estates,looks like im looking at new rear seats

Hi all,I hope someone can help me,I have a 99 V reg estate,
the back seats have 2x 3point seatbelts and the centre is a waist strap belt,im wanting to put a 3point belt in the centre aswell but dont know if this would be possible,does anyone have any idea if i can,and if so would a universal 3point belt be ok?

  Hello all,i recently purchased my 1st omega,a 99 auto estate,so i thought the 1st thing i should do is join the owners forum,the omega is by far the nicest drive iv had from a car in a long time, taking some getting use to being an estate,
but still very easy to handle and the ideal car for my growing family,

i was thinking the six hills hotel LE14 3PD B676 off A46 North
they have a huge car park and have several car clubs
have there meets there on a regular basis,
As far as i remember from the last meet i went to there
all they ask is that if you want to eat and and drink you buy from them,
Its really easy to find and excellent access,
Or theres always the services at the A46 A6 junction Cross,

id be up for a midlands meet,6 hills would be a good location
for it,there are a few car clubs that meet there,
Its in between were you are and were i am,
Lets see if we can more people interested in it?!
