Unless you mean something else (in which case ignore me!) He wasn't locked up mate. Going by the BBC, he had the magic words said to him following an incident at home, as he was suspected of lashing out, but was subsequently de-arrested and not even taken into custody. So it looks like the correct outcome, no bad treatment etc.

It's happening again. Daz meant a prisoner would have got better treatment from the system than he did.
