Modifing a Post !

Can anyone tell me how to modify a post, seen it mentioned that one or two members having the same trouble  :-[ but just seen a modified post  ??? Is it something to do with the 250 post count again   :(

Iirc, anybody can do it for the first 15 minutes then it is locked.

Admin / Mods can do it anytime  ;)
