« on: 02 April 2012, 14:04:59 »

Hello  :y

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good dash camera .
Preferably something smallish as at times i have my gps unit on the windscreen aswell.
Seen a few on the Eay of E and willing to spend maybe £70ish.

Roadhawk is the one.

Not only does it video what's happening, it also logs vehicle speed, vehicle heading and the g-forces involved should there be an accident.
The base model is £200, but it's worth it IMHO as there is no argument over what happened or who is at fault if something should happen.

If you mean the one's that are from China or somewhere like that I wouldn't personally bother.
The quality of the product will be built into the price, which usually means cheap components! ::)
Plus if it goes wrong, it'll be a pain to get it replaced / fixed.

If you want good quality, you have to pay for it unfortunately.

Becides the link above, you could also look at these.
