I think the bottle goes abit when you get older not only that but we would look right burks trying to do that sort of thing and we take twice as long to heel. Bloody years fly by  ;D :D ;D :D ;D :D :y

Im used to looking a right burk :y  Last year i was over The Lookout (Bracknell) which is used by die hard off roaders from far afield. Was showing my then 6yr old lad how to do "brilliant" rear wheel skids. Had him doing roughly 30m snake skids after a while by shifting his weight forward - top lad! Then taught him to hang his backside over the rear wheel if he really needs to grab both brakes hard - he sussed that too.

Then showed him what happens if you just grab a load of front brake..... managed about a 10m stoppie from about 25mph - before i breaked it and went arse over tit followed by face plant much to his delight...... and about 7 or 8 die hards who were wetting themselves. All i could do was stand up and style it out with a bow. My lad got the point tho - and still reminds me  ;D ;D

I push biked from Northwich to Chester last year and its the first time I have been on a bike for a couple of years. The first 10 miles of the 26 were up hill and it didn't help matters that the seat kept sliding down into the frame so my knees were up under my chin. I thought my legs would have killed me the next day but I was surprisingly ok but my ar5e was in tatters from the hard seat, the bikes been in the shed ever since ;D
