Well that's pee'd me off. How on earth can this happen? no no no I don't mean about lack of rain. I mean the fact the water companies can get away with it. I mean it's not like this problem isn't incurable. We've known for years the south east suffers from water shortage so why aren't we pumping from another region? Because to install pipes cost money. So rather than spend it the water companies impose terms and conditions on the customers. I feel like burning my bra in protest. Ops I've let something slip haven't I?

Because its politics as per usual  >:(

well apparantley southern water are not geting away with  it.....offwat are fineing them £1000's due to leaks not fixed...BUT again they dont have the money to fix the leaks so how can they pay offwat
