I wandered into Ye olde pie Shoppe & there was some tempting goodies but i did'nt drive to MM to buy something i could buy in town so back into the market & bought two lovely big pies, £3 each from a stall.
   Cut a slice to put with my sarnies for work tomorrow & tried a sliver to taste....Oh yeah!!!! :P 8)

     That's was my point earlier in the thread, the best pies are from the farms around Melton, I take it that you got your pies from the farmers market. :y :y :y

Same with the cheese....cant beat a bit of Colston Bassett straight from the dairy!
