just tell him straight. better job. better prospects, more challenging bit more money. you never know, he might try and match the new deal. if not, what have you lost, nothing.

Well day 3 and all went well again. Met the bosses again today had a good chat with them which went well. Once I have got the jist of everything in the Newbury branch I will be transfered to Reading when the branch is due to open there (even better result.  Cause I know the area in Reading well they have given me the responsiblility of sorting out new customers for them to get on board. Any way after tomorrow (friday) I become the Branch supervisor (Branch Manager) of Newbury and left to run the place   after all thats what I am bieng trained for.
