Haynes only cover the prefacelift 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 engine. Haynes number 3510. There isn't one for the Y32SE 3.2 engine. Anything not covered in the Haynes manual, you can find on the forum. To be honest, the information on the forum is better than haynes anyway.

Is there specific info you require?

As mentioned in the post above, mayo can be perfectly normal. Do you Castrol oil or VX oil, other? Castrol oil for example is worse at causing mayo than GM oil.
It'd be worth performing an oil and filter change with GM 10w40 oil and cleaning the breathers. Guide for breather cleaning can be found in Maintenance section.
Again, guide for cam cover gasket replacement can be found, if you're not confident there are members on here who can do the job for you.

:y done thanks mate..
mayo is normal on short runs. 2remeber breathers get in similar state, so keeps on top of them. Worth changing oil every 3000 miles, esp if the short journeys

Ah, I see you're in Oxford, where abouts? There are plenty of local Oxford members on hand to help, I'm located in Kidlington.
