Thanks for the clarification on that Abiton much appreciated and like Andy B's picture mine was the same when I removed it, but it didn't seem right that one of the 'o' rings was free to move and logic says it must be out of position - as it was, the drain cock would be relying on just one 'o' ring to make a seal. Well worth checking this during a coolant change - implications of the drain cock failing
