Its ok, the fuel bill is coming out of our foregn aid budget  :y :y :D :D

Havn't Londoners had something like £20-30 extra slapped on their council tax for the last 6 years to help pay for the Olympics?  :-\

Nope, Council tax in Ealing has been frozen since at least 2008. Not changed much before that either  :)
