I have a solution for Jaguar / Land Rover and Bentley, Rolls Royce.
I have the Microcat for Land Rover, JEPC for Jagaur and the parts catalogue for 1996+ Bentley / Rolls Royce including the VAG owned Bentley.
I tend to go in with a printed page from the parts catalogue and circle the parts I require, or quote part numbers, mention I'm 'trade' and usually get a decent enough discount.
Trick is to make it look like you know what you're talking about 
Best at JLR so far has been 40%.

Don't suppose anyone (Del?) knows if BMW have a trade club? Never been good at 'blagging' Mind, need to persuade the warranty company to fix the leaky diff, before I service it.

Not as far as I know,I'm in the trade and struggle with BMW and Merc for decent discount,normally 10% tops
