Headlight Curiosity?

Just woundering as ive seen it on mercs, when you unlocking the car remotely if you can have the headlights or foglights come on and have a delay on headlights once you get out and lock it???

Ive seen something that fits the description on Totalclosure.com but i don't know hold old the website is ive emailed the support address but nothing i think its a dead website now unfortunatly, the lights are on but no ones home  :-\
