Update on the MoT update
« on: 23 August 2012, 16:49:30 »

After getting no satisfaction with orginal tester went to another one result PASS :) :) the tester was horrified by what had been missed out, only silly niggly advisories BUT still should have been picked up. Reckons she did not do a proper MOT

CO max allowed 0.200 actual 0.099 HC max allowed 200 actual 32 Lambda max allowed 1.030 actual 1.019

Tick over CO 0.003

All in all very please and will never ever got the orginal tester again

Pleased to see you have a Pass and without any extra unnecessary cost too, so a good result! :y

here`s the data from my MOT done 25/7/12
oli temp  - 94 degrees c result = ok
engine speed 2791 rpm result = pass
CO 0.30% result = pass
HC 22ppm vol. 0.993 result = pass
Natural idle test : pass
engine speed 755 rpm result = pass
CO 0.08% result =pass

Not sure what all that means, but I`m expecting some sort of VED refund when I apply!!
Look it`s bank holiday weekend & it`s bloody well raining.
I demand a refund..........rant over
