Personal interest combined with the original film got me thinking, is it a personality trait or could anyone learn the technique of taking control of a situation through body language, voice control and vocabulary?

I frequently do with work, and I am not built to look intimidating. but often have to defuse situations, sometimes called in by a worker as the senior, it seems to be that that helps, sorted 2 'situations' on Friday, one was on the phone when a junior college was unable to end the call - yes it can happen........

Considering that many people naturally use body language, voice control and vocabulary to acheive the the opposite result, I don't have much confidence that anyone can learn. Those that really should try are also the least likely to actually do so.
