TBH, I'm very lucky in that Mrs LD is extremely tolerant and would probably tell me to go to the club meeting and we'd celebrate the next day but not everyone is that lucky!

Then again... 30 years she might not be so understanding

Ever since we got past 10 years of marraige we have allways gone away on our anniversary, we booked on the flight to Spain on the 1st October this year. It is our 24th. Sadly she has already started talking about the 25th next year being a milestone and we need to do something special !

Kevin,  I run an old rust bucket Transit & an S reg mig  . . .

The nearest we'll get to the  Orient Express  is the one  in the High Street that serves a nice chinese 

Still hoping for a week in the canaries though
