almost time to finish work and get omn the road  :y :y

been sat around al morning doing nowt :( but had to show face. everyone at work today is at a presentation cerimony in the hangar. could have sneaked out an hour ago but you bet my bum they would notice they always do. might have something to do with being female and a red head.

i am still kinda concerned they will notice im gone at 12 even though i have had permission from an office to slip and proceed. hey ho see what happens monday.


oh yeah saw the physio this morning doesnt look like its my hamstring that i have pulled there are a couple of small muscles in that area. still got to take it easy and be very carefull when i start running again.  :y
