I'm sure you are. projector & HID look virtually identical from the outside. The lenses on both are completely clear.

But Projector was not mentioned .. "standard" lenses were ... which in my book refers to lenses for incandescent bulbs ... old fashioned type ...   

and all posts that refer to "cloudy lenses" seem to be for the older type .... don't hear people complaining about projector lenses clouding up .....

Sorry Nige. Completely misread  the previous posts. 
Have to say though that my HID lenses could do to be a bit clearer
