Sorry I missed you here in Ashford but I was just too tired after a bloody hard week at university!  Up again all bright and raring to go now though!   So up you get!  Wakey wakey!!! ;D ;D ;D

Yeah, I am like that as well, although instead of waking up at 0300 this morning I actually 'slept in' to 0500! ;D :y

best time of the day imo.ive just been for a ride on my bike (nice clear roads).a bit chilly and a fox ran out in front of me which increased the heart rate a bit,but very enjoyable nonetheless.  :)
