T is directly proportional to the square root of L, T= 6 and L= 6.25 find T when L= 1.96

T= n (√ L) given the original facts T = 6 L = 6.25

then 6 = n(√6.25) or, n = 6/ √6.25;  n= 6/2,5;  n= 2.4

To find T when L = 1.96

T = n(√1.96) = 2.4 (from above) (√1.96) = 2.4(1.4) = 3.36

edited to use √ symbol .. . :)
