Hmmn it won't be against the body as there is no battery in there but I guess it might be resting against the battery tray... ....

electrically it's the same thing  ;)

If your concerned that the + terminal maybe resting against the tray (-) measure it first with a multimeter for open or short before connecting the battery.  :y
