Mind you I was doing the shopping in Sainsburys with Mrs. KW eating chocolate cake and drinking coffee while Mrs. KW did the shopping earlier and she got pulled up for having 2 packets of Paracetamol and one of Ibuprofen.

Cake is very comforting , better than any drug  :P :)

Although i have to take medicine daily , you cant beat a home made chocolate cake for that comfort feeling but not every day  :(... but the other end of the scale is marmite on toast which is just as pleasurable ;D

...........that is another one of my favourites ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D :y

The chip buttie , one of life's comfort foods but £2.50 for a big bag of chips now and no batter bits   ::)

Self scanning items in the shop i dont mind but they always seem to flag up a fault mainly due to the weight miscalculation plate  ::) Funny how these were introduced to save on staff but every self scanning check out has a couple of permanent staff re-setting the machines  ;D

A couple of years ago I popped into ASDA for a sunday newspaper.  Picked a copy of The Sunday Times and when I scanned it at the self serve checkout it went "Approval needed!!"  :o

The girl came over and we had a bit of a laugh about needing to be over 18 to buy The Sunday Times, but I've always wondered if something more sinister was going on......  :-\
