I could spend hours and hours going through the preview clips. Absolutely astonishing how times have changed.

That all certainly floats my boat 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)  British Pathe was the big name of course in filming what would become historical moments before the age of television. In my very early years I remember watching a few of their productions at the cinema and finding all the news shown fascinating, being so special somehow.  During WW2 these films kept the British population in touch (as much as the War Cabinet would allow!) with how the war was going.  It was a true lifeline for the people and kept the morale up. 8) 8) 8)
