What`s the orange car behind?  

Looks like Opel Manta SR coupe. circa 76 to 81 probably nearer 80.

Now theres an interesting motor.

There was one in our village (no idea what year)  he took it down to the Pod evry other wekend for "run what ya brung"

Keep meaning to go to another one of those. Good fun. Maybe I'll even have a go. I declined last time on account of the fact that I was driving a 1.8 8v Laguna and I didn't want people to get bored.

I lived in California then: the Orange looked great under the bright sun.....Big Block 454 V8 ('smogged' sadly).....lots of chrome and 44" tyres!.....`happy days!

My wife just told me about an incident in an amercian school where to raise money the kids in 6th grade (11 years old) advertised a topless carwash.  The parents went mental asking the school how they could let this happen, etc until they asked the kids why a topless car wash?  Their reply is the killer:
