car judders when driving no power uphill or on start checked most things could it be cat or coil pack anyu help plz

any warning lights on dash or codes showing, is it auto or manual gearbox  :-\

Worth checking you havent got water dropped down onto the dispack...assuming you have plugs and leads ...#6 plug well is favourite for having a free bath , if so especially after the recent heavy rain.

Pull the plug leads and check :y

Does the EML actually illuminate when you first turn the ignition on without starting the engine ?? Not unknown for the bulb to be removed to mask a problem .. :(
