Telegraph campaign
« on: 07 May 2008, 09:27:21 »

"The Daily Telegraph launches a campaign today called Fair Deal for Drivers. It is supported by MPs, charities and motoring groups and calls on the Prime Minister to offer motorists a better deal.

Figures compiled by the AA show that the average motorist pays more than £1,800 annually in fuel duty, car tax, VAT on petrol and other levies – an increase of more than 50 per cent in little more than a decade."  >:(
