FaceLift Irmscher Front Bumper Fog lights
« on: 16 February 2013, 10:57:57 »

Can anyone tell me if the facelift Irmscher Fog-lights were ever made  to fit other cars? Were they a standard light made by the light manufacturer?

I know that the pre-facelift Irmscher Fog-lights were made by Heller and fitted the Mondeo ST220 as well.  The Facelift ones are much bigger and I've not seen who makes them.

Does anyone know if there is a non-OE light that would work as a replacement? (same size and dimensions etc)

Can anyone tell me if there is any info on this, please?

Might ask him then. (I'll see if he's around on here first)

Thanks for the suggestion, Chris

I think this is a pair: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Pair-Mazda-MX-5-GENUINE-CIBIE-FOG-LIGHTS-early-S-VT-Sport-/261167666528?_trksid=p2047675.m1850&_trkparms=aid%3D222002%26algo%3DSIC.FIT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D11%26meid%3D5639341228638241371%26pid%3D100011%26prg%3D1005%26rk%3D1%26sd%3D330831334810%26#vi-ilComp

 ;)

OK I've got the make now!

Quite a few and not as frighteningly expensive without 'Irmscher' anywhere near them!

Matthew

Indeed... You need to do a little more digging to be sure the connector is the same but I think it is ;)

Yup, but I'm sure that can be overcome!
Will keep digging....... (as you say)
