Well, Albs, it shouldn't be forgotten. He's changed his story from knowing nowt to being aware of general misapprehensions. But he didnt look into it?
He's only just finished slating the bbc for exactly the same thing over Savile.

Very little honesty,accountabilty or principle in public life these days.His spin doctors will be all over it,leaning on editors etc. :(
I hope Im wrong and it does hole him below the water line,as I think hes an odious little shite,but realisitically I will be surprised if it does.
