So if WD40/Plusgas does not do the trick, and you can't use heat, how the heck do they adjust whatever. I can remember when I took the other omega in, they did say the rear ends can seize, but they told me that mine had evidently been maintained as all joints were adjustable :)
Fingers crossed now, and clenched buttocks :(
Leaving in an hour so will soon find out.....got a 1.00pm appointment :y

Oh how I remember that mantra ... and it did......  MarkDTM, some seized trackrod ends, a camping gas stove, a can of plusgas, 2 pairs of molegrips, ..... and there was no way the said MarkDTM was going to lose ...and he didn't !!

Newent 2 years ago, and I still thank him for it !!

Same works on the rear adjusters, wet rag around the ball joint and chassis end, heat, heat, heat and away they come.

Even easier removed and in the vice.

Just got back from WIM...excellent service.......
Everything was well out of alignment.....expected with all the work recently done. One rear adjuster had to have the miniscule amount of heat, but all fine.
Steering wheel is straight too.....car runs true.....
For those not familiar with WIM and our OOF discount, my total bill including Vat was £72.00

I find, given time, it seems to work in better than plusgas if you have the time, but plusgas wins hands down if you cant soak it for days.
