oil and filter change west london please
« on: 04 March 2013, 00:14:04 »

Can anyone do this or recommend a place to do it near twickenham? Thanks.  (If it was a spin on I'd do it myself on my car ramps).

Providing the case is not over tightened, you could easily manage it if you are comfortable with the spin on type  :y

Yes but the cost of oil plus filter for me is close to the cost of having it all done.  Messing about with the paper filter lying under the car with a sleeve full of oil in a cold and windy March just tips it over into going to a warm workshop where they can stand under the car and do it in comfort.  Not to mention having to take the oil to the local dump.  Some things are better done by those geared up for it.  If it were spin on I would do it but its a close call even then.

That's why you reproduce and have kids that will do the mucky work for you. ;)
