Satellite TV (Not Sky) Help

I have a Technomate TM1000D receiver with a motorised dish that swmbo uses to watch Ukrainian TV.

I need to retune, as some channels have changed satellites and there are also several new channels.

I believe I have followed the instructions, but whenever I try to enter a new transponder frequency I just get the message "Invalid frequency"

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

If I don't sort it soon we may have to start talking to each other. ::) ;D ;D ;D
